Data Deletion Rights

Users of IntegSocial have the right to request deletion of their personal data under the following conditions:

• When the data is no longer necessary for the purposes collected
• When consent is withdrawn (where processing was based on consent)
• When the data has been unlawfully processed
• When the data must be erased to comply with legal obligations

Scope of Deletion

Upon valid deletion request, IntegSocial will permanently remove:

• All personal identification information
• Account credentials and preferences
• Connected third-party service data (including Facebook)
• Analytics and usage data tied to the account
• Any other personal data as defined in our Privacy Policy

Data Retention Exceptions

IntegSocial may retain certain information when required by law or when necessary for:

• Compliance with legal obligations
• Establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims
• Legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy

Facebook Data Specifics

For data received from Facebook, IntegSocial adheres to Facebook's Data Deletion Requirements:

• All Facebook-sourced data is deleted along with the user's account
• Users may separately revoke IntegSocial's access through Facebook's App Settings
• Data deletion occurs within 30 days of request verification
